The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate how to establish your Resolved Notification workflows within ITM Setup.

Instructions:
1. Click on ITM.
2. Click on ITM Setup.
3. Click on Resolved Notifications.
4. Check Flag as Pending if you wish ITM submissions that are marked Resolved to show up as Pending in your ITM Reports List.
5. Notifications allow you to send an automatic notification via email or text.
6. For this example, we will select "Send Email Notification".
7. Next you will have to select to receive immediate notifications upon receiving the submission. Additionally, you can select to send the notification to the same individuals that receive the notification of Initial System Status.
8. Compliance Check section allows you to select to either Keep the previous compliance check scheduled or to Schedule a new compliance check.
