ITM Setup: ITM Reports
Purpose:
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate setup options for ITM Reports

Instructions:
1. Click on ITM
2. Click on ITM Setup
3. Setup area allows you to establish custom actions for ITM reports coming in based on initial notification and system status.
4. Custom actions can be established based on the System status. Such as Compliant, Non-Critical Deficiency, Critical Deficiency and Impairment.
5. Within each System status you can establish what AHJ Status this system drops into when viewing the ITM reports.
Some departments may not want "Compliant" Systems to be flagged as Pending. In this case they would not select the below check mark.
6. Notifications can be established via email, text or both.
7. Email notifications can be sent out Daily, hourly or by individual instance depending on System Status and department policy.
8. Compliance checks can be automatically scheduled depending on System Status
9. Notes can be captured by System Status.
