Inspection Setup - System Options

Purpose

  1. This Knowledge Base Article demonstrates how to setup the System Options for the Inspections Module.

Instructions

1. Click on Inspections.


Click on Inspections.



2. Click on Inspection Setup.


Click on Inspection Setup.



3. Click on System Options.
  1. Boolean slider with turn option on to right or off, to left.

Click on  System Options.



4. Move boolean slider to turn on or off Fire Inspection Status of "Ready for Review."
  1. Along with this setting, the user’s role cannot have the "Complete Inspection" permission enabled to operate correctly.





5. Move boolean slider to turn on or off to show previous inspections when Start/Scheduled new inspections.






6. Move boolean slider to turn on or off to make required to create a re-inspection if has open violations.

7. Move boolean slider to turn on or off to show Will call as an option for re-inspections.

8. Move boolean slider to turn on or off when adding a new permit, take the user to the "Edit Permit" screen.

10. Move boolean slider to turn on or off to not send an email notification when an inspection is self scheduled.





11. Move boolean slider to turn on or off to link all permits created in an Inspection by default.








12. Move boolean slider to turn on or off to use the Multi Permit Form to send all permits by default.






13. Select days of the week to exclude from the auto recurring Schedule.
  1. For example, if December 1st is the scheduled day and Saturday and Sunday is excluded, if the scheduled date falls on one of the weekend days, the inspection will get bumped to the next unexcluded day.

14. US Holidays can be set to be excluded in addition to days of the week.
  1. For customers using Canada.firstdue.com, Canadian Holidays are present on the page.

15. Click on Save to save changes.
