ITM Setup: Update Notifications
Purpose:
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate how to establish your Update Notifications for ITM Report submissions within your ITM Setup.

Instructions:
1. Click on ITM.
2. Click on ITM Setup.
3. Click on Update Notifications.
4. Click on Critical Deficiency.
In this area we are going to establish a workflow for ITM Submissions that include an update to a Critical Deficiency system status.
5. AHJ Status: Gives us the ability to "Flag as Pending" when a system status has been updated Critical Deficiency.
6. Notifications give us the ability to send an email notification to designated individuals immediately after the submission is received.
7. Compliance Checks allows us to "Schedule Compliance Check" automatically for those System Status updates to Critical Deficiency.
8. Select the Inspection Type.

Assign the Inspection to either an individual user or a team.
10. Select a user name.
11. Schedule To allows you to establish a timeframe for when the Inspection will be scheduled.
Options include Will Call, Today or within a certain number of either calendar or business days.
