ITM Reports - Overview
Purpose:
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate overall navigation of ITM Reports.
Video:
Instructions:
1. Click on ITM
2. Click on ITM Reports
3. Click on Columns to see all available column items
4. Re-organize columns in a specific order by dragging and dropping
5. Click on any Column header to sort data in ascending or descending order
6. Click on Filter to pare down data according to desired filter
7. Click on eye icon to view ITM Report details
8. Details include system details, attachments and notes
9. Once you view specific System details clicking on "Dismiss" brings you back to full report. (Multiple Systems can be submitted in one report)
10. From main report view you can view status updates by system by clicking on the "eye" icon
11. Click "Back" button to return to main report view
12. Click on "X" Reject button to reject a report.
13. Reason for rejection and comment are required. (Reject Reason Code is a pre-defined drop-down list to select from)
14. Click on Approve check button approve an ITM Report
