Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: The Violations History button doesn't appear during my inspection. A: Verify you have the required permissions for violation records and historical data access. Contact your administrator if permissions need to be updated.

Q: Search results are not showing violations I know exist. A: Check your search criteria and status filters. Try using broader search terms or clearing filters to view all available violations.

Q: Advanced search fields are not expanding. A: Ensure your browser allows pop-ups and JavaScript. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache if the expand function is not working.

Q: Previous inspection reports won't download. A: Verify you have appropriate permissions for historical records and that your browser allows downloads from the platform.
