Inspection Record - Violations History
Purpose
- To demonstrate how to view the Violations History for an Occupancy when recording an Inspection.
Video
Instructions
1. Click on Violations History to view current violations.
2. Select violations status to view.
3. To search current violations history, enter text and click on Search.
4. Click on Violations History to view lifetime violations history for the Occupancy.
5. Violations history grid.
6. Click on Expand to view all available Advanced Search fields. Enter search criteria and select Apply.
7. Click on dropdown to select which columns to display.
8. Click to view previous inspection record.
9. Click to view/download print page from previous inspection.
10. Click on Go back to list.
11. Click to close Violations History dialog window.
