Form Builder - Warning Block

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is demonstrate how to add a Warning Block using the Form Builder.
  2. These instructions apply to the Warning Block in Form Builder for the following Modules: Inspections, Permits, Invoicing, and Fire Investigation.

Instructions

1.  Create a new form or select edit to edit an existing form.






2. Mouse over in the left margin at the current block and select the + sign to add a Warning Block under the current Block.





3.  Select Warning from the dropdown menu.






4. Enter a Title for the Warning






5. Enter text for the warning:






6. Select any added text and use the text tool for formatting options.
  1. Add a url link.
  2. Bold
  3. Italics
  4. Change case
  5. Underline
  6. Font size
  7. Marker (Highlight)
  8. Font color





7. Select Tune to move up and down, or delete (select the X 2 times).
