Form Builder - Warning Block
Purpose
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is demonstrate how to add a Warning Block using the Form Builder.
- These instructions apply to the Warning Block in Form Builder for the following Modules: Inspections, Permits, Invoicing, and Fire Investigation.

Instructions
1. Create a new form or select edit to edit an existing form.
2. Mouse over in the left margin at the current block and select the + sign to add a Warning Block under the current Block.
3. Select Warning from the dropdown menu.
4. Enter a Title for the Warning
5. Enter text for the warning:
6. Select any added text and use the text tool for formatting options.
- Add a url link.
- Bold
- Italics
- Change case
- Underline
- Font size
- Marker (Highlight)
- Font color
7. Select Tune to move up and down, or delete (select the X 2 times).
