1. Create a new form or select edit to edit an existing form.
2. Mouse over in the left margin at the current block and select the + sign to add a Text Block under the current Block.
3. Select List from the drop down menu.
4. Select "Tune" for options for the List Block:
Unordered List (bullets)
Ordered List - Starts with #1 and continues counting up when enter is selected
Move Up, Down and Delete (select the X 2x to delete)
5. Enter text for your list as needed.
