Step-by-Step Guide
1. Click on Apparatus Overview within the Assets module.
2. Users will be directed into the Fleet Overview. The right-hand side of the screen displays all Apparatus for the account.
3. The tabs on the left represent the Apparatus Groups, selecting one will display the Apparatus associated with that group.
4. Selecting the tab from the Apparatus Group or the hyperlink from the main Fleet Overview, will direct users to the Overview record for that Apparatus.
5. Selecting My Apparatus will direct users to the Overview Record for their assigned Apparatus in their scheduling rotation.
My Apparatus is only available for accounts utilizing First Due's Scheduling module.
6. The columns and functionality of the main Fleet Overview are broken down as follows:
A - Apparatus may be placed In or Out of Service.
B - If accounts are utilizing the Primary or Reserve Status, it may be managed from here.
C - Any checks that are due will display and may be initiated.
D - Displays the number of open work orders. Selecting the hyperlink will direct users to the Work Order section of the Overview record for that Apparatus.
* - Secondary ID is optional to be displayed in the Fleet Overview and is also dependent upon which ID system admins choose.
