Assets Dashboard - General Navigation

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to navigate the user through the Assets Dashboard and its functions.

Instructions


1. Select the dashboard from within the Assets Module.

2. Selecting My Apparatus will take users to the overview of their assigned Apparatus in Apparatus Checks.

3. The station filter allows users to change the station.

Notes
The filter is loaded with the first station being the default if no other assignment has been defined for the authenticated user in the Personnel or Scheduling module.

5. With the Apparatus filter, users are able to filter specific apparatus.


Users are able to select other apparatus they may be responsible for other than their apparatus assignment, if applicable.




6. Due Today displays all scheduled checks that are due that day regardless of asset type.

Info
Selecting Start Check from Due Today will take users directly into the checklist.  Once the check has been completed it will show back up in Due Today until the next occurrence of that scheduled day.

7. The Station, Apparatus, Equipment and Kit tabs will show all checklists for the selected asset type.

Selecting Start Check from one of these tabs will open the modal in the next step.

8. This modal will display ALL checks regardless of schedule type, i.e., On Demand, Scheduled, Overdue, etc., these same options are available in the Checklist Section of Apparatus, Station, Equipment, and Kit Checks.


This modal will display all instances of the check, i.e., On Demand, Scheduled, Overdue, etc.  Much like what is available in the Checklist Section in Apparatus, Station, Equipment, and Kit Checks.

The Incomplete Tab includes the options to Join or Resume Incomplete checks.

The History tab allows users to view the checklist history for that asset.

The actions available are as follows:
  1. Delete (permission dependent)
  2. Print
  3. View

And the ability to view the checklist history for that asset.



9. The Assigned Equipment section displays any equipment assigned to the logged in user.

This also displays any scheduled checks that are due or overdue for that equipment and they can also be initiated from here as well.

10. The hyperlink in the top right-hand corner of this section will direct the user to the Equipment List with filters set to only show the equipment assigned to the logged in user.

11. The Assigned Kit section displays any kits assigned to the logged in user.

13. The My Work Orders section shows any open work orders assigned to or submitted by the logged in user.

1 - Selecting the view icon will open the work order in a read only mode as shown in the next step.

2 - Selecting the hyperlink in the top right-hand corner of this section will direct the user to the Work Order Boards
