First Due Academy Monthly Schedule

First Due Academy Monthly Schedule

Academy Session Overview

Our Academy Sessions are structured to meet the needs of distinct target audiences through three levels of instruction:

  • 101 Level
    – Designed for Firefighters, EMTs, Administrative staff, and others seeking to build a foundational understanding of the First Due Platform. These sessions focus on core features and functions of the module, including basic navigation, common use cases, helpful product tips, and a clear definition of the module’s purpose.
  • 201 Level*
    – Tailored for Company Level Officers and Chief Officers, these sessions provide in-depth instruction on advanced features such as data collection, approval workflows, and frequent troubleshooting scenarios.
  • 301 Level
    – Geared toward advanced Company Level Officers and Chief Officers, this highest level of training delivers specialized instruction in system configuration, design, and setup—empowering administrators to fully configure the module to meet organizational needs.
Info* Not all modules have a 201 Level session.  Depending on the module, it may be within the 101 or 301 level.

All sessions for each module—101, 201, and 301—will be posted on the same day and refreshed monthly, ensuring continued access to updated content and instruction.
