To explain the Community Connect tiles where commercial occupancies can manage their data.
Background
Upon creation of a Community Connect account, a commercial property manages their occupancy information via a set of "tiles". These tiles include the following and are explained in further detail below:

IMPORTANT: Reassure the responsible parties for commercial occupancies that fields in the tiles are optional. They decide the data they wish to share. The My Info tile are the only tiles containing required fields (e.g., name, login, password). These fields are needed for the creation of a Community Connect account.

My Info - This tile contains required fields established during the citizen's creation of a Community Connect account and can be subsequently edited:

Name
Phone
Time Zone
Password Change
Contacts - This tile is where contact(s) are added. You can also enable the contact to receive a notification via text message if an incident occurs at the property.
Functional Needs - This tile enables entry of information about functional needs of any occupant. Images can be added if desired.
Attachments - This tile is where attachments can be added.
Occupancy Information - This tile is where summary information about the occupancy in entered.

Number of Staff
Number of occupants that require each of the following life support systems: Oxygen Tank, Oxygen Concentrator, Dialysis, Ventilator or Respirator.
Number of Occupants with mobility issues
Access & Utilities - This tile is where special access concerns and utility shut-off information is entered.

Haz Mat - This tile is where hazardous materials data can be entered.
Fire Systems - This tile is where you can add fire protection systems.
Smoke Alarm (optional) - If your agency has a smoke alarm program, business owners can request service via this tile. Smoke alarm requests are managed in the agency's First Due account.
