Purpose

To demonstrate how to assign a Certification pathway to your personnel.

Instructions



1. Navigate to the Training Module and select Manage Certifications from the menu.







2. Click on Add New User.

3. Select the Certification you are assigning from the drop-down menu.

4. Use the filters to search for a group of people or a single person to assign this Certification to. Click the plus to add the additional person to this Certification. Then click Save.

5. This Certification now appears in the employee's file and is ready to be assigned an Expiration Date (if applicable).

6. When personnel are assigned to a Certificate pathway, the first status will say "Ready to be Assigned" and show the solid blue clipboard icon. Click the icon to edit the status.







7. You can now enter this particular Certificate's expiration date. Usually based on the date the class will be completed. Or check the box under No Expiration Date if there is none.

8. In this example, we checked No Expiration Date, but made a note about the dates of the class in the description. Click Assign when complete.

9. Once you have assigned an expiration date (or clicked No Expiration Date) the Certificate is ready to start tracking hours. The Icon switches to the Calendar icon. Click the calendar icon to edit the assigned dates.

10. Once your personnel start completing Objectives for this Certificate their progress is recorded. The ability to edit this is now removed.

11. Click the arrow to view the details of the progress hours.

12. The detailed description of the hours they have completed will open on a new page.
