New Features

Unit Status in Unit List view
  1. What: Real time Unit Status is now available in the Unit List View for units and users that utilize the First Due Responder status buttons.

  2. Why: Unit status prior to this new feature would not display the current Unit Status to the User. 

  3. How: This New Feature is now available in the First Due Mobile App Version 5.7.1. Users will need to update app to see this feature.

  4. Use Case: Users can now see the active status of any unit within the First Due App.






Hydrant Map listed in Hydrant Menu
  1. What: The Hydrant Map is now available within the Menu under the Hydrant Section.

  2. Why: This New Feature now allows the user to access and pin the Hydrant Map for easy access within the First Due App. 

  3. How: This New Feature is now available in the First Due Mobile App Version 5.7.1. Users will need to update app to see this feature.

  4. Use Case: Users can access the Hydrant Menu while using the mobile app as well as pin the Hydrant Map to their menu for easy access.





Feature Enhancements

  1. What: Chat User experience has been improved through a cleaner and crisper look with improved readability.

  2. Why: This Feature Enhancement  no provides a cleaner and crisper look to the Chat Functionality for a improved User experience.

  3. How: This New Feature is now available in the First Due Mobile App Version 5.7.1. Users will need to update app to see this feature.

  4. Use Case: Users now have an improved look to the chat functionality making the Chat Feature easier to read and utilize while using the First Due App.




Fixes

  1. What: Improved Web content functionalities to prevent app closure when the app loses network connection

  2. How: This New Feature is now available in the First Due Mobile App Version 5.7.1. Users will need to update app to see this feature.

  3. Use Case: Ensures a more stable browsing experience for the user.
