Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can't I see My Training Plans?
Verify that your account has access to the Training Module and My Training Plans. If the option is not available, contact your agency administrator to review your role and Training Module access.
Why don't I see any Training Plans?
The My Training Plans area displays Training Plans assigned to you. If no plans appear, confirm that a Training Plan has been assigned to your user.
Why isn't the person icon available for a suggested course?
Self-enrollment requires the agency to have Advanced Training and to allow end users to self-enroll. Contact your Training administrator if you believe you should have access to this option.
Does taking a suggested course help complete my Training Plan?
Yes. Courses suggested within a requirement area are presented because they can help satisfy that requirement.
Why can't I edit a course I already completed?
When a completed course is opened from My Training Plans, it is available for review only. Editing the completed course is not available through this workflow.
What does the credential information in the Training Plan list mean?
When a Training Plan is linked to a credential, the associated credential is displayed in the Training Plan list so you can identify the relationship between the plan and that credential.
How do I return to the full list of Training Plans?
Select the Back Arrow at the top of the Training Plan page to return to the My Training Plans list.
