Purpose Statement
The Bulk Actions feature in the Med Log allows users to quickly generate and download multiple medication log reports at once. This functionality improves efficiency by eliminating the need to open and print each log individually, supporting streamlined documentation, auditing, and compliance reporting.
Background Information
The Med Log module tracks medication usage and related events. Agencies often need to print multiple logs for:
State or local compliance audits
Internal quality assurance reviews
Controlled substance reconciliation
Administrative record keeping
The Bulk Actions tool enables users to filter and select multiple events, then generate:
Print History Log
Print Individual Logs
Print Detailed Logs
Users can narrow results using predefined views or custom filter criteria before applying bulk print actions.
Required Permissions
To access and use Bulk Actions in the Med Log, users typically need:
Access to the Medications Module
Permission to View Med Logs
Permission to Print/Export Med Logs
Important Note:
If the Bulk Actions button is not visible or selectable, verify module access and export permissions in User Management.
