Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the Import Wizard
- Navigate to the Admin module.
- Select Import Wizard from the available options.
Step 2: Select the Import Table
- From the Import Type dropdown, choose Personnel - NEMSIS Licensure/Certification.
- Click Next.
Step 3: Upload the CSV File
- Click Browse File to upload your CSV.
- If you don’t have a file ready, download the Sample Spreadsheet, enter data in the specified columns, and save as CSV.
Step 4: Review File Upload
- Once uploaded, you can remove the file using the X icon if needed.
- Review file size and details.
- Click Next when ready.
Step 5: Choose Import Type
- Choose one of the following:
- Add New Rows
- Update Existing Rows
- Add or Update Rows
- Click Next.
Step 6: Map Fields
- Use the dropdowns under Fields in your uploaded file to map up to 28 fields.
- If using the sample spreadsheet, fields should map automatically.
- Click Next after completing the field mapping.
Step 7: Import and Review Results
- View the number of rows successfully imported.
- If there are errors:
- Click Download to view the error report.
- The final column in the spreadsheet will show reasons for any failed imports.
- If all rows are correct or have been resolved, click Finish.
