Purpose Statement
Define and control what users can access within the First Due platform by configuring permissions at the role level, ensuring proper security, access control, and operational efficiency.
Background Information
Roles in First Due are used to group permissions that determine what users can see and do within the system. The Permissions tab within a role allows administrators to assign access across all available modules.
Permissions are module-based and tied to your organization’s enabled features. Not all permissions may be available to assign, depending on both system access and the administrator’s own permission level.
Permission Groups are available to streamline the process by allowing multiple permissions to be applied at once. Additionally, search and bulk selection tools help improve efficiency when managing large permission sets.
