Required Permissions

  • Field Users/Inspectors: Standard inspection permissions (without "Complete Inspection" permission)
  • Supervisors/Approvers: "Complete Inspection" permission to review and finalize inspections
  • Administrators: Configuration access to enable "Ready for Review" as an available inspection status

Step-by-Step Guide




1. Ensure "Ready for Review" is enabled as an inspection status.






2. Users without the "Complete Inspection" permission will be prompted to submit their inspections for review instead of marking an inspection as "complete".






3. Once an inspection checklist, contacts, and signatures has been completed, users can mark the inspection as "Ready for Review".






4. Approvers can filter the Inspection list by the Ready for Review Inspection Status.
