If a user plans on performing Inspection while Offline, this feature provides the ability to download the data to the device cache. These inspections will be available offline, and users can access and complete the occupancy, contacts, checklist, and signatures sections without an internet connection. These reports will automatically sync when an internet connection is reestablished.
Remove Inspections from Device Cache
- Locate downloaded inspections in the list.
- In the far-right action column, click the option to remove the inspection from the device cache.
- Once removed, the inspection returns to online-only status.
Re-Sync Individual Inspections
- Locate the inspection with sync issues or one requiring a manual re-sync.
- Click the sync/re-sync icon associated with that inspection.
- The system will attempt to upload or download the inspection data again.
Verify Sync Status Issues
- Navigate to the filter panel within the Inspections List.
- Locate the Sync Status filter.
- Select inspections showing upload or download issues.
- Click Apply.
- Inspections with sync problems will display a cloud icon instead of the downloaded device icon.
- Review the sync issue count displayed on the cloud icon.
- Select affected inspections.
- Click the bulk sync/re-sync option to attempt synchronization again.
Best Practices
- Download inspections before leaving areas with reliable internet access.
- Only download inspections actively being worked in the field.
- Regularly sync inspections to prevent data conflicts.
- Remove completed inspections from device cache to reduce device storage usage.
- Review sync status daily to identify failed uploads or downloads early.
- Double-check selected inspections before using bulk delete actions.

- In Progress
- Cancelled
- Scheduled
Completed or finalized inspections cannot be bulk deleted.

What does the phone or tablet icon mean?
The inspection has been downloaded and stored locally on the current device for offline access.
What does the cloud icon indicate?
The cloud icon indicates a sync issue occurred during upload or download.
How do I fix sync issues?
