Step-by-Step Guide
- Access the Inspections Module
- Navigate to the Module Stack
Select either Inspections List or My Inspections
- Select Inspections in Bulk
- Use checkboxes to select multiple inspections or select all using the select all option
Selections can include different inspection types, users, or teams
- Open Bulk Actions Menu
- Click Bulk Actions
Select Modify Scheduled Inspections
- Review Mixed Fields
- Fields labeled as “Mixed” indicate multiple values across selected records
To update these fields, first delete the existing value
- Update Inspection Type (Optional)
- Remove the current value
Select a new inspection type from the dropdown
- Modify Scheduled Date
- Delete the existing date if marked as mixed
Use the calendar picker to assign a new date
- Modify Scheduled Time
- Delete the existing time if needed
Enter or select a new scheduled time
- Adjust Assignment
- Remove current assignment (user/team)
Reassign inspections to a specific user, team, or inspector schedule
- Assign Additional Attributes (Optional)
- Assign to Shift
Assign to Fire Station
- Update Notes (Optional)
Add or modify notes for all selected inspections
- Save Changes
Click Save to apply updates to all selected inspections
