Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why am I required to schedule a reinspection?
Depending on your agency's Inspection Settings, open violations such as checklist items marked Fail or Citation may require a reinspection before the inspection can be completed.
What is the difference between selecting Schedule Reinspection and selecting Complete first?
If you select Schedule Reinspection first, you must still select Complete after saving the reinspection. If you select Complete first, saving the required reinspection automatically sets the current inspection to Complete status.
What does Will Call do?
Will Call allows the reinspection to be created without selecting a specific date.
Can I assign the reinspection to a specific user?
Yes. The scheduling dialog includes an Assigned To field, along with optional Shift and Fire Station fields.
Can I add notes to the scheduled reinspection?
Yes. Notes can be entered in the Schedule Reinspection dialog when needed.
