Purpose Statement
This article explains how to resume an inspection that is currently in an In Progress status within the First Due platform. This feature allows inspectors to continue partially completed inspections without losing previously entered data, ensuring continuity and efficient completion of required documentation.
Background Information
Inspections are not always completed in a single session due to time constraints, limited access to properties, or missing information. When an inspection is saved before exiting, its status is automatically set to In Progress.
The Resume Inspection functionality enables users to quickly locate these inspections, re-enter the record, and complete the remaining tasks without duplicating work. This improves operational efficiency and supports accurate, compliant reporting.
Required Permissions
