Required Permissions
To start a non-scheduled inspection, users should have:
- Access to the Inspections Module
- Permission to Create/Start Inspections
- Access to Pre-Plans (Map and List)

Step-by-Step Guide
Option 1: Start from Inspections Module (Inspection List)
Navigate to the Inspections Module → Inspections List and click Start Inspection.
Enter the address and select the appropriate occupancy.
Review any scheduled inspections (if displayed), click Start Inspection, choose the Inspection Type, and begin.
Option 2: Start from Inspection Organizer
- Select Inspection Organizer, choose an Inspection Type, search or filter for an occupancy, and click the Inspect (Play) button.
Confirm or adjust the inspection type if needed, then begin the inspection.
Option 3: Start from Pre-Plans Map
- Navigate to Pre-Plans → Pre-Plans Map, apply filters, and select the desired occupancy.
Select the property, click Start Inspection, choose the inspection type, and begin.
Option 4: Start from Pre-Plans List
- Navigate to Pre-Plans List, search or filter for the occupancy, and open the record.
- Select Start Inspection, choose the inspection type, and begin.

- Open Pre-Plans List and select the occupancy.
