- List views (Inspections List, My Inspections)
- Map views (Inspections Map, Preplans Map)
- Organizer tools (Inspection Organizer)

Required Permissions
- Fire Prevention Inspector – Required to perform inspections
- View Inspections – Allows visibility of scheduled inspections
- Start Inspections – Required to initiate inspections

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Start from the Inspections List
- Navigate to Inspections > Inspections List
- Apply filters:
- Set Status = Scheduled
- (Optional) Filter by Inspection Type
- Select Apply
- In the Actions column, click Inspect
2. Start from My Inspections
- Navigate to Inspections > My Inspections
- Locate inspections:
- Assigned directly to you
- Assigned to your team
- Apply filters if needed
- Click the Start (Play) icon in the Actions column
3. Start from the Map (Inspections / My Inspections / Organizer)
- Open a Map View from:
- Inspections List
- My Inspections
- Inspection Organizer
- Locate the desired occupancy on the map
- Click the map marker
- Select Start Inspection
4. Start from the Inspection Organizer
- Navigate to Inspections > Inspection Organizer
- Select an Inspection Type
- Click Change
- Review:
- Next Inspection Date (Initial)
- Next Reinspection Date
