The order of Med Kit Groups determines how the groups appear on the Med Kits Overview for end users.
- Locate the Position control on the far left of the Med Kit Group.
- Hover over the three-line drag handle until the move cursor appears.
- Select and drag the group to the desired position.
- Repeat as needed to arrange the groups in the order you want them displayed to end users.
For example, an agency may choose to place its Narcotics Kits group at the top so it appears first on the Med Kits Overview.

Consider naming groups according to how your agency organizes its kits, such as:

- Open the Medication Kits field.
Select the medication kits you want to include in the group.
The field displays the Med Kits available in your organization and supports selecting multiple kits.

10. Save New Med Kit Group
Select Save to create the Med Kit Group.
Best Practices
- Create group names that clearly communicate the purpose or type of kits included.
- Consider grouping kits by controlled status, use case, or bag type based on your agency's workflows.
- Use consistent naming conventions across Med Kit Groups.
- Use the drag-and-drop position controls to place frequently accessed or higher-priority groups where end users can easily find them.
- Add descriptions when additional internal context would help administrators understand a group's purpose.
- Review the medication kits selected for each group before saving to ensure the correct kits are included.
- Periodically review group assignments and display order as your agency adds or changes Med Kits.
