- Use filters effectively to view relevant requests based on your needs
- Review request details before contacting supervisors about status updates
- Keep track of both active and inactive requests for record-keeping purposes
Don'ts:

Tips for Optimal Use:
- Set the filter to "Active requests" for planning upcoming schedules
- Use the search function when looking for requests during specific date ranges
- Regularly review pending requests to ensure timely follow-up if needed
Troubleshooting & FAQs

- A: Check your filter settings. The default shows only "Active requests" (current date forward). Change the filter to view inactive or all requests.
- Q: What's the difference between Active and Inactive requests?
- A: Active requests are dated from today forward, while inactive requests are historical (before the current date).
- Q: I can't find a specific time off request. What should I do?
- A: Use the search function (Magnifier Glass icon) to search by date, type, or other criteria. Also ensure your filter settings aren't excluding the request you're looking for.
- Q: The Eye Ball icon isn't working when I click it. What's wrong?
- A: Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator.
