Step-by-Step Guide
Accessing the Time Off Module
- Navigate to Scheduling: From the main First Due menu, click on "Scheduling" in the left navigation panel
Select Time Off: Click on "Time Off" from the scheduling submenu options
- Access Your Requests: Click on "MY TIME OFF" to view your personal time-off calendar and submission interface
Resubmitting a Time Off Request
- Select the Time Off: Select the time off that you want to resubmit. You can only choose from Approved Time Off dates.
- Fill in the:
- Date to Pick: This is the new date that you want to take off.
- Time Off Type: This is the time off type that you want to be off on.
- Project Code: Your department may require the use of Project Codes when submitting Time Off.
- Hours: You can take the full shift off, or just a partial number of Hours.
- Notes: Add any notes relevant to your Resubmission.
- Save Request: Click the "Save" button to submit your time-off request to the system
- Your request will now show up as Resubmitted in the list. It will head to an administrator for approval.
