Step-by-Step Guide
Responding via Text Message
1. A text message will be delivered notifying you of :
- The qualifier that has a vacancy (in this case, it is a test qualifier)
- The date that the vacancy is on
- The time frame that coverage is needed
- The ability to respond Yes or No via text message
2. If you are accepting or denying the call shift, simply respond with the Call Shift number and yes or no.
In this example, the call shift number is 13463.
3. Failure to include the call shift number will generate a response, informing you that the response was invalid.
Responding Via Phone Call
You will receive a phone call notifying you of:
- The qualifier that has a vacancy
- The date that the vacancy is on
- The time frame that coverage is needed
- The ability to respond Yes or No by pressing 1 or 2
Responding Online
1. When you receive a notification via Email or Push Notification, you will be required to respond online. Emails that you receive will have the web address located at the bottom of the message for you to click on.
2. Push Notifications will not have the ability to take you directly to respond to the Call Shift.
3. Either option will require you to navigate to the Scheduling Dashboard.
4. You will then see the Call Shift located in the upper left-hand corner
5. You can then select accept or deny. Selecting the eye will take you to the specific information about the call shift.
