Why
The missing Close (×) option reduced usability and caused confusion by preventing users from easily dismissing the Responder modal. Restoring this control ensures predictable modal behavior and supports efficient workflows during active operations.
How
Open a Responder pop-up within the application.
Select the Close (×) icon in the top corner of the modal.
Confirm the modal closes and returns you to the prior screen.

Use Case
