Reports Module Updates

Reports Module Updates

New Feature

What: Multi-Agency Dataset Sharing Tool
Why: Agencies with a Parent / Child data relationship want control of what data is being shared.
How:
  1.       Go to the Reports Module > Set Up > Multi-Agency Dataset Sharing
  2.       Select the Parent Agency you share data with.
  3.       All Data Sets will be set to "Yes".
  4.       Select the X to change any dataset you do not want shared to "No".

Use Case:  A Parent / Child relationship may exist so that the main Parent Agency can pull data about incidents from the Child Agency. Previously the Child Agency had to share all of their datasets to make this possible. Now the Child Agency can share only the relevant data about incidents only with the Parent Agency.
