Release Notes - Response Module

Release Notes - Response Module

Info
In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.

New Features

  1. What: Statusing options have been separated between Unit and Responders.

  2. Why: Some departments want to track or view different times and statuses between their responding apparatus and responding personnel.

  3. How: Modifying the status' works the same, there are just two separate Responder Status sections: Unit and User.  To access the Responder status options:

1 - Select the Response Module
    2 - Select Responder Setup
    3 - Select Responder Status

  4. Use Case: By setting the status' as they are displayed above, the Apparatus User will not see unnecessary status buttons, such as "To Station" and "Not Available", and inadvertently select them, whereas the Individual Responder will see and be able to utilize them.

  5. NOTE: The split user/unit functionality is only optimized for web responder currently.  Mobile utilizes the Unit section for status buttons.

  6. NOTE: ePCR response mapping technology is not currently available.
