In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.

New Features


  1. What: Regional Pre-Planning

  2. Why: Expanding upon its "top of it's class" structural pre-planning solution, First Due has released a solution for those clients wishing to pre-plan at a higher level... literally.  Regional Pre-Plan is perfect for items and event where a much broader geographic view is necessary.  Events like marathons and fairs, and items like Landing Zones and Water Access sites where it is necessary to "see the big picture" at a higher map zoom level than typical structural pre-planning.

Feature Enhancements


  1. What: Preplan Unit Favorites
  2. Why: Account administrators have said that they wanted a way for their "Favorite" or most used Pre-Plan Units to be at the top of the list to make them easier to find.
  3. How: Users in roles that have permission "Pre-Planning > General > Pre-Plan Unit Types - Manage" active can:
    1. 1) Go into the Pre-Planning Module
    2. 2) Go into Pre-Plan Unit Types
    3. 3) Activate the Favorites toggle in line with the unit you wish to mark as a Favorite



    1. Now, those selected units will display at the top of the pre-plan units list under Favorites.
