Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to assist with the Property Details section when completing a fire report.

1. While in a fire report from the Information section select the Property Details.

2. The Property Details allows to document pertinent information about the structure using dropdown/list, integer fields, and/or toggles that indicate true/false, yes/no.

5. Square Feet is an integer field that will auto calculate if all required fields has information in them.
  1. Entering Length and Width will not auto calculate square footage without entering further information.

6. When entering information into either Floors above grade, Floors below grade, or both fields will then auto calculate the square footage.

7. If the toggles are enabled notice you are able to add the number of residential units and the number to buildings involved.

8. Presence of Monitored Alarm toggle is only a True/False, Yes/No.





9. If Buildings Threatened or Buildings Ignited are enabled then you are able to document the Number of buildings threatened or ignited.

10. Enabling this toggle will allow you to add any Products or Materials by selecting the +Add button.





11. From the Material modal use the dropdown/list view to select the Material and the Storage Use then select Save.





12. Crops Burned does not populate any additional information, only answers True/False, Yes/No to the question.





13. Total Acres Burned is answered with a numeric value if needed.
