2. Select the asset type from which the inventory was used, in this case, Apparatus Checks.
3. Select the apparatus from which the inventory item(s) was used.
4. Click on Inventory Usage and Restock.
5. Click on Usage.
6. Add an Incident Number (If applicable).
7. Begin typing the name of the item used then select it from the list of options.
Only inventory items located in that particular asset type (apparatus, station, or kit) will be available.
8. Select the location from where the item was used in the dropdown.
9. Type in the quantity that was used.
10. If confirming Yes under Restocked, select the location the item was restocked from.
11. Enter the quantity that is being restocked.
12. If selecting No from Restocked, Add to Restock List will automatically be checked.
When selecting No and leaving Add to Restock List enabled, users can then finish the process as described in the related article, "Restocking Inventory in Apparatus, Stations, and Kits".
