Purpose

  1.       To demonstrate the features and navigation of the Incidents, Training and Events Payroll Report.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Reports module.


Click on Reports.



2. Select PayRoll/Points from the menu.






3. Select Incidents, Training and Events Payroll from Report type.


Select Incidents, Training and Events Payroll from Report type.



4. This report will show the different categories for personnel and include parameters such as Pay Rate or Stipend.

Each personnel are designated by a dark grey background on the name.
Each category for those personnel is designated by a light grey background on the title. 
Personnel have a subtotal for all items and a total amount is at the bottom of the report. 






5. To adjust the filters for this report, click on Advanced Search.





6. The filters available can narrow the report down to a specific date interval, by personnel, or other parameters.






7. Once the desired parameters are set, click the search button.






8. The updated report can be seen and outlines all payroll/points activity.





9. To download a .csv of this report, click on Download.

Payroll Report information is based off of the Payroll Summary within each respective section.
