Purpose

  1. To explain how to add personnel to the Payroll Summary for NFIRS Fire Incidents.

Directions


Within incident reporting, it is possible to track additional payroll information with the Payroll Summary. 


1. Within the desired incident report, click on Response.

2. At the bottom on the response section, Apparatus, Station Response, and Payroll Summary are displayed.

3. To add personnel to the Payroll Summary via Apparatus, select the Add button under Apparatus.

4. Capture all relevant apparatus information and ensure personnel are notated under personnel list.
If shiftboard is being utilized by the department, this section will generally auto-populate.

5. Once the information has been added, select Create.

6. The personnel have been added to the Payroll Summary and correlating times have been added based on apparatus response times.

7. To add personnel via Station Response, select the Add button under Station Response.

8. Capture all relevant Station Response information.

9. Once the information has been added, select Create.

10. The personnel has been added to the Payroll Summary and correlating times have been added based on Station Response times.
