Business Portal - How to create an account

Purpose



  1. The Business Portal is a platform that allows businesses to submit inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) reports to the local fire department. It streamlines the compliance process for fire safety systems and facilitates communication between businesses and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).

To create a Business Portal Account, utilize the URL provided by your Authority Having Jurisdiction and follow the instructions below.

Instructions





1. Go to the Business Portal URL.

Each fire department will have a custom business portal URL


Go to the Business Portal URL.



2. Click on REGISTER.


Click on REGISTER.



3. The Business Information page will populate.

4. Fill in the needed areas including: Business Name, Address, Suite, City, State, Zip, and Business Phone.





5. Click on Next.

6. The Account Information page will populate.


The Account Information page will populate.



7. Fill in the needed areas including: User Email, User Phone, Password, and Confirm Password.





8. Click on Next.

9. Review the Business Information and Account Information.
  • If needed click on the pencil to edit those areas

10. Click on accepting the terms once you have read them.

11. Click on I'm not a robot.

12. Click on Confirm & Register.

13. One last step of confirming your email will be required.

14. Open the email.

15. Click on Activate to activate your account.

16. The Business Portal will open.

17. Click on Sign In to sign into your account.

18. You will be directed to the Business Portal sign in page where you will enter your email and your newly created password.
