Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to provide initial instructions on how to create a printable Form in the Fire Investigations Form Builder List.

Instructions

NOTE: Users have the ability to create printable forms but, Client Success or Implementation will create those for them upon request.  There is back end functionality to copy a form if clients want to start with something and then edit it.

1. Navigate the the Fire Investigation Module.






2. Select Form Builder List.






3. Select Create Form.






4. A blank form will be created and the user will need to add the blocks needed by their agency.
  1. Enter a Form Name
  2. Enter Note, if desired.
  3. Save the form before closing.
