Business Portal - Clearing Non-Compliant ITM Reports

Purpose: 

To demonstrate how to add new locations within the Business Portal when submitting an ITM Report.

Instructions:


1. Click on ITM and Click on ITM Reports.

2. We will be looking at ITM Reports in a Submitted or Approved Status.

3. For this example, we will be looking at St Mark's Cathedral. Click on the "eye" icon to view report details.





4. This will allow us to view any comments from the AHJ.

5. Once we have viewed details we can click on "Dismiss".





6. This will bring us out into the System Status overview where we can click on the "check mark" to make any changes to the system.





7. We have the option to mark the System as Resolved or Not Resolved.

8. Resolved Status: Auto populates current date. Can be changed to a date in the past but not a date in the future. Comments and Attachments are also required.





9. Not Resolved: Will require a Status Update, as well as comments and attachments.
