Assets Checklist Library

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how to find and import checklist templates from the Assets Checklist Library.
More templates will be added to the Checklist Library as they become available.

Instruction

1. Select Setup within the Assets module.


Select Setup within the Assets module.



2. Click on Check List


Click on Check List



3. Click on Checklist Library


Click on Checklist Library



The checklist Library will open

The checklist Library will open




4. Select which checklist(s) you want, then select Import.


Select which checklist(s) you want to import.



5. The checklist(s) will now be available in your account, and ready for any edits that may need to be made.

The checklists(s) will now be available in your account, and ready for any edits that may need to be made.



Checklists will not show in the library after they have been imported IF the name remains the same. After Checklist(s) are renamed the Checklist Library will then show the previously imported checklist(s).

The screenshot below does not contain the Basic Apparatus Check now that it has been imported AND has the original name from the imported checklist.
