Creating Station Storages

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how to create station storage locations.

Instruction


1. Click on Assets


Click on Assets



2. Click on Station Checks


Click on Station Checks



3. Click on the desired station.


Click on the desired station.



4. Click on Storages…






5. Click on New Storage


Click on New Storage



6. Give your Storage a name.

7. If you want to include this storage to any available station checklist(s), you may select them at this time.

8. If you would like to copy Inventory from another storage location, click on Storage to copy
The "Storage to copy" function is only available when creating a new storage location.


If you would like to copy Inventory from another storage location, click on Storage to copy



9. Select the storage location you want to copy

10. The Inventory assigned to that Storage will be displayed. Remove any items you do not want to copy by selecting the trash can.
Only inventory can be copied from one storage location to another, NOT equipment.

11. Select Save to confirm that you want to save your action.

12. Inside the Inventory tab, update the quantity of this inventory item you want in the new storage.  If applicable, update values marked with an (*)
The quantity of items entered is NOT reducing the quantity from the storage you chose to copy.

13. Click on Save
