Purpose


The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate how to add an External Resource in the Fire Investigation Setup.

Instructions



1. Click on Fire Investigation.


Click on Fire Investigation.



2. Click on Investigation Setup.


Click on Investigation Setup.



3. Click on External Resources.


Click on External Resources.



4. Click on Add Resource.


Click on Add Resource.



5. Add the Name.
  1. Name and URL are required


Add the Name.



6. Add the URL.


Add the URL.



7. Click on Save.


Click on Save.



8. You can edit or delete in the Actions column.

9. Ability to bulk delete by selecting which Resources to delete.

10. Drag highlighted Resource to put in the order to be seen from the dropdown.
  1. Click on the three stacked lines and drag and drop to the location on the list

11. The newly added Resource will now be first on the list.

12. Click on Resources in an Investigation.

13. Click on the Resource that is needed to gain access to the site.
