Fire Investigations - Investigations Resources
Purpose
- The purpose of this article is to direct the First Due users on how to add Investigations Resources in the Fire Investigations module.
Video
Directions
1. Navigate to the Fire Investigation Module
2. Select Investigations List
3. Select the Edit icon on the investigation that you would like to continue.
4. Select the Investigation Resources tab.
5. Fill in the information on the Investigation Initiation
6. Click on Add Agency Involved
7. Fill in the information in the Add Agency Involved window.
8. Make sure all information is filled in.
9. Select Save
10. Scroll to the Insurance Company
11. Click on Add Insurance Company
12. The Add Insurance Company window will open
13. Fill in the information in the Add Insurance Company window.
14. Click on Save
