Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to Investigation Setup
- Navigate to Fire Investigation.
- Select Investigation Setup.
2. Open General Settings
- Select the General section.
3. Enable the CAD Refresh Button
- Enable the CAD Refresh option to display the Refresh CAD Info button within Fire Investigations.
- This feature works in conjunction with the CAD Integration Incident Types configuration.
- Note: If no Incident Types are selected, the Refresh CAD Info button will not appear within the Investigation form.
4. Configure Automatic Investigation Creation
