Review the Evaluation List regularly to monitor pending and overdue evaluations.
Use the default filters to quickly identify evaluations that need action, especially evaluations awaiting signatures or past their due date.
Confirm the correct evaluation before selecting the Play, Signature, or Print icons.
Use the Scoring Type column to understand how the evaluation should be completed before beginning the evaluation.
Complete signatures promptly to avoid delays in finalizing evaluation documentation.
Do not rely only on the full list view. Use search and filters to narrow results when managing a large number of assigned evaluations.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can’t I see the Evaluation List?
You may not have access to the Evaluations Module or the required permissions to view evaluations. Contact your system administrator to verify your user role and permissions.
Why can’t I assign, edit, or sign an evaluation?
Your permissions may only allow you to view evaluations. Additional permissions may be required to assign, edit, complete, or sign evaluations.
Why is the Print Results icon unavailable?
Evaluation results can only be printed when the evaluation has been completed.
Why is an evaluation showing as Pending Signature?
The evaluation requires one or more signatures before it can be finalized. Pending Signature may include evaluations that are Not Started or In Progress.
What does Overdue mean?
An overdue evaluation has passed its assigned due date and should be reviewed or completed as soon as possible.
What is the difference between Standard Scoring and Rubric Scoring?

Why can’t I begin an evaluation?
The evaluation may not be assigned to you, may already be completed, or your user role may not have permission to complete evaluations.
