Purpose Statement
The Training Dashboard provides users with a centralized location to view, manage, and complete training activities within the First Due Training Module. It allows end users to monitor assigned trainings, complete self-paced courses, view credentials, access pinned templates, and review completed training history.
The dashboard also gives users with appropriate permissions the ability to manage assigned templates, launch training activities from templates, and access training edit screens.
Background Information
The Training Dashboard is where most end users interact with the Training Module. It is designed to help agencies track upcoming training, completed training, credentials, and training progress in one centralized area.
Common uses of the Training Dashboard include:
- Viewing active and upcoming training assignments.
- Completing self-complete training.
- Accessing LMS, YouTube, or attachment-based course content.
- Reviewing credential progress and documentation.
- Launching pinned training templates.
- Reviewing completed training history.
- Managing training activities when the user has the required permissions.
Required Permissions
Permission names may vary by agency configuration. Administrators should confirm the appropriate Training Module permissions are enabled for users who need to manage templates, launch training from templates, or edit training records.
