Purpose Statement
The Completed Training List provides a centralized view of recorded training activities from the Log Training Workflow. It allows users to review previously logged training, start a new Log Training Activity, manage saved views, filter and customize the list display, and take action on existing training records such as editing, printing rosters, deleting, recording exposures, and cloning events for reuse.
Background Information
The Completed Training List captures all instances where a user selects Log Training. This makes it a key location for reviewing and managing completed training records.
In future releases, this list is expected to expand beyond Logged Training to also include Instructor Led Training and Online Sessions. These record types will be distinguished by an added Type designation.
This page is especially useful for agencies that regularly log recurring training events and need a fast way to duplicate prior entries, print rosters, or manage multiple records in one place.
Required Permissions
Users will need access to the Training Module along with further permissions for Log Training and Exposure Tracking should the agency employ the Health and Wellness Module.
