- From within a Fire Incident Report, go to the People Involved section.

- Click the No People Involved icon to record that no individuals were associated with the incident.

- Click + Add to begin documenting individuals involved in the incident.

- Use the Occupancy icon to add people associated with the occupancy record.

- In the contact list, use the checkboxes to select the person or people involved.
- Click Save.

- If added from the occupancy record, click the pencil icon in the Actions column to open the Person Involved modal.
