How is this report helpful?
 

1. This report allows you to track what Pre-Plans are completed.
   
    
2. This report allows you to track Pre-Plans that are scheduled.
   
    
3. Scheduled or Completed Pre-Plans can be filtered by:
    
   1. Fire Zones
       
   2. Cycles
       
   3. Teams
       
   4. Assigned To
       
   5. Completed by

Directions
 

1. Navigate to Reports Pre-Plan Reports.
   
   
   
   
   
   
    
2. Select the PrePlan Progress report from the drop-down menu.
   
   
   
   
   
   
    
3. Parameters for this report can be set using the Advanced Search button located in the top right corner then selecting the appropriate choices in the fields shown below.
   
   
   
   
   
   
    
4. The chart displayed is the default view. If you want a data version of the report, you can select the All Data button in the lower right corner.
   
   
   
   
   
    
5. The All Data report will display in table format.
   
   
   
   
    
6. The chart report can be expanded into focus mode or downloaded using the buttons in the upper left corner of the report.
   
   
   
   
   
    
7. The data report can be downloaded by selecting in the lower left of the report.
   
   
   
   
   
   
    
8. Hovering over elements of the chart will provide information for that item.
